Cleared facilitates discovery, request routing, messaging, and quote workflows. Cleared is not the direct supplier of compliance services and is not a party to provider performance obligations.
You are responsible for account security, the accuracy of submitted profile/request information, and lawful use of the platform.
Quotes are provided by providers. Companies are responsible for selecting providers and validating scope, pricing, credentials, and suitability for their obligations.
You must not misuse the platform, submit unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with service availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cleared disclaims liability for provider-delivered work outcomes, regulatory penalties, or losses arising from third-party service performance.
